Do I need an account to listen?
Yes. The Blue Nose AUDIO App is a new way to listen to audiobooks! To create a BNApp account or login to your existing account, please click HERE.
Please note, logging into to your store account to purchase audiobooks through this website will NOT log you into the BNApp. This must be done through the above link or through the mobile app.
Help! My title isn’t appearing in the app!
If you are new to the BNApp, please create an account on the Blue Nose AUDIO App with the same e-mail you used to checkout here when purchasing your audiobook.
If you purchased a title with a different
email address, please contact support@bnaudioapp.com to get it added to
your current Blue Nose AUDIO App Library.

If a title is missing in your library, please uninstall the app and reinstall. Once you have logged back in, it will appear. Uninstalling will NOT remove previously purchased books.
How do I turn on Autoplay?
To have your book continue playing once a chapter is over:
- Click on the settings menu in the top left corner
- Click on “Playback”
- Toggle on the “Autoplay”
Note: You will want to make sure the loop/or repeat feature is off in individual tracks too. To learn how to turn it off, see the question below or watch the How to Autoplay video.
My chapter just keeps looping. How do I stop it?
Click on the currently playing chapter title name at the bottom of the screen. Click on the repeat/looping square arrows to turn it off. (Blue indicates that it is on. It should be white to turn it off.)
How do I find more audiobooks in the BNApp?
From the home screen, click on “Discover” at the bottom of the screen. From here you can search by title, narration type, or bonus content.
- If you don’t see the title you’re looking for, click “SEE MORE” to view the full list.
- To purchase, click the “Get Access” button.
- You will receive an e-mail with further instructions.
How do I set a sleep timer?
Click on the currently playing chapter title at the bottom of the screen. Then click on the icon with the moon and star. When the Sleep Timer menu pops up, you can choose from 15 to 60 minutes or to stop playing at the end of the track.
How do I view in-app bonus content?
Click on the currently playing chapter title at the bottom of the screen. If there is bonus content attached, the icon with the paperclip will be highlighted a bright white. Click on it to view the bonus content.
If I uninstall and reinstall the app will I lose my books?
No. They will still be there when you log back in.
How do I buy a book for someone else?
If you would like to gift a book to someone else, please put in their BNApp e-mail during checkout.
