Originally from California, Evelyn Montgomery now lives in Central Kentucky with her husband and three children. When she's not working on her next release, she enjoys hiking, boating, working out, cooking/baking, sewing, various arts & crafts, and reading or listening to audiobooks. A mother to five fur babies, she loves her dogs equally, but her cats are her best friends and ever-present writing, reading, and listening companions. A lover of the written word, she's an author whose publishing journey spans many romance subgenres, including contemporary romance, dark romance, mafia romance, fantasy, paranormal, and retellings.

UPCOMING

Over the next year and a half, I have five upcoming audiobook releases across multiple romance genres, including romantic comedy, dark romance, a BDSM mafia duet, and a dark, spicy paranormal fantasy. Bringing these stories to life in audio has been one of the most exciting parts of my journey, and I can’t wait for readers to experience these characters in an entirely new way.

Looking ahead to early 2027, I’ll be rapid releasing a brand-new contemporary  romance trilogy titled “All the World’s a Stage.” Written in three acts, the trilogy centers on three types of love: fairy-tale, karmic, and unconditional. The series will explore emotionally complex relationships, personal healing, sacrifice, growth, and overcoming deeply rooted obstacles, such as the belief that self-worth and love must be earned.

Readers can expect beautifully broken characters, emotional intensity, obsession, heartbreak, healing, and a story that shows true love triumphs over all.
